Job description: 
Customer Support Service Bulletin (SB) Engineer responsible for development and management of RJ service bulletins
Scope of duties:
• Elaborating with team regarding all processes and procedures for development and execution
• Coordinating all activities with support of all team-required stakeholders such as the Design Office, Program, and CS teams to obtain a robust SB organization to support RJ entry into service (EIS) and post EIS, including resource management
• Leading the Service Bulletin process and SB team actions that are requested
• Developing and maintaining a robust database with clear responsibilities established and associated target dates for each function to fulfill operator expectations in accordance with program commitments
• Defining means of communication with RJ operators via all operators telex (AOT) or specific wires as required
• Ensuring correct communication links with certification agencies when required (i.e., in cases of mandatory action plans via airworthiness directives)
Responsibilities: 
Definition, execution, management, and leadership of Service Bulletin development and related activities at the working level; the following activities shall be performed, in addition to other requested duties:
• Development of RJ service bulletin strategy at the company level; ensure this strategy is aligned with the industry and with operators' expectations
• Collecting launch operators' feedback for eventual adjustments, if required
• Planning and coordinating all service bulletin tasks
• Supporting the Certification Management Office to coordinate meetings with certification authorities
• Integrating processes with customers
• Coordinating service bulletins with suppliers
• Coordinating activities with other technical publications and customer support disciplines
• Successfully completing studies as an engineer or similar position
• Experience with technical in-service support, e.g., retrofit management / modifications, service bulletins
• Experience in continued airworthiness linked to maintenance activities
• Good communication skills with the ability to operate under pressure in a multinational environment
• Experience with project management is a plus
