Job description: 
Monitor the administration of all human resource activities
Responsibilities: 
• Handle compensation, benefits, staffing/recruiting, affirmative action, employee relations, health and safety and training/development functions
• Administer human resources practices for conformance with government regulations.
• Evaluate current programs to ensure all benefits meet company and employee needs.
• Establish new programs as needed to build employee morale.
• Manage various aspects of specific projects with Human Resources.
• Supervise the maintenance of employee personnel records and emergency contact information.
• Maintain tracking and reporting for time and attendance.
• Administer policies according to the executive level direction.
• Respond to questions regarding human resources issues.
• Provide support to managers and supervisors with employment and personnel needs
• Be available for employee counseling when needed
• Provide HR support on or off shift hours
• Ensure safe operations
• Support development of 5S, TPM and Kaizen programs
• Ensure daily control items align with the company business plan, key objectives, and metrics
• Administer performance reviews
• All other duties as assigned
• Requires moderate knowledge of human resource practices and procedures

Qualification requirements: 
• Good understanding of all human resource practices and procedures
• Must conform with all federal and state requirements
• Good written, verbal, organizational and interpersonal skills
• Proven skill with associate relations
• Previous experience in human resources preferred
