Work location: Nagoya, Japan; travel internationally
Responsibilities: 
• Develop alternatives and recommend an integrated manufacturing plan based on business requirements
• Provide manufacturing planning advice in collaborative studies with suppliers and partners
• Assess capabilities of facilities and perform site selection activities, if required
• Develop and manage budget for integrated manufacturing plan implementation
• Lead preparation and analysis of documents (operating requirements, tenders, reports) related to the above implementation
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and partners to timely implement the integrated manufacturing plan
• Conduct build vs. buy studies

Qualification requirements: 
• Bachelor or graduate degree in engineering or business administration
• 10+ years experience working for an aerospace and defense OEM or in manufacturing planning
• 5+ years experience in project management or schedule management
• Strong time-management and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well independently and cross-functionally as part of a growing team
• Ability to make effective presentations of complex topics to top management
• Ability to travel internationally as needed
Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience
