Job description: 
Responsibility for supporting continued airworthiness manager in activities linked to ensure the airworthiness of the aircraft fleet as flight test vehicles

In particular:
• Utilizing engineering judgment to determine numerical risk assessment in situations of FTVs in terms of airworthiness on the basis of Part 39 and IR21
• Specify required mitigating actions to control or recover airworthiness
• Support continuous improvement of skills and competence in this domain overall within the company

Qualification requirements: 
In addition to strong knowledge and expertise in this domain, candidate shall have a good level of leadership skills, the strong ability to persuade others convincingly, and be flight test-oriented. The candidate's demeanor must be calm but enthusiastic, tenacious and independent, responsible and able to work under pressure, possessing good communication skills with the ability to operate in a multinational environment.
Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience
