Qualification requirements

 • Experience with work related to aircraft maintenance engineering support (experience in engineering support of airline operation or regional flight test)
 • Experience of taking maintenance training
 • Business level English skill
 • Domestic and international business travel
 • Resides in Nagoya
 • Certificate of prime aircraft mechanic or prime operation mechanic
 • Excellent interpersonal skill and communication skill
 • Training course on airplane performance for customer flight operations manuals as shown below:
  - Airplane flight manual
  - Flight crew operating manual/quick reference handbook
  - Flight crew training manual
  - Weight and balance manual
  - Master minimum equipment list, and dispatch deviation guide
 • Airplane performance
 • Airplane performance software including EFB application


 • Sort out the representative failure of regional equipment based on failures raised during flight tests with MFC and information related to the failure
 • Maintain engineering information required for engineering-related inquires after EIS
 • Maintain the in-company process of engineering response
 • Decide certificate, required training, and education plan for SE (Service Engineer) to perform engineering response
 • Perform engineering support and improvement activity as SE after starting equipment operation by customer
 • Perform SR (Service Request) dry run with the scenario that EIS is already applied
 • Decide coordination of customer engineering support process emergency after EIS or process verification plan
 • Prepare respective engineering support system to maintain customer flight service after EIS
 • Perform respective engineering support to maintain customer flight service after EIS, perform quality improvement activities
